Gift Shop City Return Policy

GiftShopCity.com provides you with access to several gift shops for your shopping pleasure, with each gift shop having their own return policies. Please refer to the return information below, concerning the individual shop's return policies.

Return Authorization

GiftShopCity.com shops require a return authorization prior to returning the merchandise. For your protection, we suggest you send all returns back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, your credit card will be reimbursed for the purchase price of the item, less any original shipping fees and less any restocking fees charged by the GiftShopCity shops.

Babys First Gifts

New merchandise can be returned at the recipient’s expense within 30 days of shipping for store credit or refund of the product(s) purchase price unless otherwise noted. Returns are accepted under the following conditions.

- The product is undamaged and 100% within its original packaging and tags.
- It has not been personalized in any way.
- All original receipts and invoices accompany the purchase.
- A Return Authorization has been provided from GiftShopCity.

Fragrances

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping.

There is a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

JR Sports

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, JR Sports will gladly accept returns and credit your charge card, minus shipping and handling costs, within 30 days of purchase. All products must be returned in the original packaging. (This includes all tags and item containers). Failure to do so may result in a minimum 15% restocking fee. We will not accept returns on items that have been washed, used, worn or missing tags.

All returns are subject to inspection by the Team at JR Sports. Customized Jerseys as well as previously used products may not be returned.

Product Damaged in Transit
It is JR Sports policy to ensure all items shipped from our facility are packed according to "Best Business Practices", and leave our facility in good condition, free of any damage, other than unknown manufacturers defects. Once a package leaves our facility, UPS assumes responsibility for delivering the package free of damage. If an item is damaged in transit, JR Sports will file a claim with UPS. Once UPS resolves a claim, JR Sports will provide a substitute product of equal value to the customer. If the item is urgently needed, the customer also has the choice of purchasing an additional item. Once the claim is resolved with UPS, the customer will be refunded the amount of the purchase.

McFarlane Products
JR Sports will NOT accept returns for McFarlane products unless the figure itself is damaged. JR Sports will take very precaution to ensure the clamshell is in good condition when boxed and shipped. JR Sports will not assume responsibility if the clamshell is damaged in transit to the customer address. JR Sports will assist you with any claims against the carrier for damaged goods.
