Gift Shop City Shipping Policy

GiftShopCity.com provides you with access to several gift shops for your shopping pleasure, with each gift shop having their own shipping policies and shipping costs. Please refer to the shipping information below, concerning the individual shop's shipping policies and costs.

Gift Shop City Order Processing Time

When you place an order on GiftShopCity.com, it will be shipped based on the following time frame:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Warehouse Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time is the time GiftShopCity requires to process and verify your order. Orders with a credit card will process faster than orders using e-check (e-check takes a few days to clear, and your order will not proceed until this occurs).

Warehouse Time is the time our warehouse facilities take to prepare, personalize and package your order for shipment.

Shipping Time is the time it takes the U.S.P.S., UPS, FedEx, or DHL to deliver your order.

If products are ordered from multiple GiftShopCity shops your order will be shipped from different warehouses and may arrive at different times.

Shipping Q&A

Do you ship to PO Boxes? No, we currently do not allow shipments to PO Boxes. If you submit your order with a PO Box as your shipping address, we will contact you by e-mail asking you to provide us with a physical shipping address.

Do you offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses? Most suppliers do not allow shipments to APO/FPO addresses. Refer to the individual shops shipping policies below for further information. If you submit your order with an APO/FPO address and the supplier does not support these, we will contact you by e-mail asking you to provide a physical non-APO/FPO address.

Do you ship outside the United States? No, we currently do not provide shipping services to U.S. territories or internationally. Some of the GiftShopCity shops will provide shipping to Canada, for additional costs.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii? Yes, most of our shops perform shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Refer to the individual shops shipping policies below for further information. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur higher shipping costs, and will not be eligible to any shipping discounts offered by GiftShopCity.com.

Babys First Gifts

We do our best to ship your gifts as quickly as possible. Please note our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We ship out the majority of non-personalized gifts within 1 to 2 business days, many times the same day. Our shipping rates reflect the total price of the order.

Standard shipments leave via UPS and FedEx Ground and will arrive within 1-5 business days of shipment. We do ship to Canada for a $10 surcharge. We do not ship overseas, to PO Boxes and to certain APO addresses. We try to keep our shipping charges very reasonable for your benefit. The shipping charges are:

Under $50 = $5.95
Over $50 = $6.95

The major carriers do not have regular Ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur extra shipping charges based on their specific rates. This charge will be applied at the time of shipment. Also, incorrect ship to addresses will be charged the DHL/UPS/FedEx fee for correction and repick up if necessary, usually $10.

Fragrances

All U.S. orders will be sent via UPS, FedEx or the most economical service available. Expect your package within 7-10 business days depending upon your geographic location.

Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada will incur extra shipping charges based on their specific rates. This charge will be applied at the time of shipment. Also, incorrect ship to addresses will be charged the DHL/UPS/FedEx fee for correction and repick up if necessary, usually $10.

JR Sports

JR Sports receives orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week, however, we only process orders during normal business hours. Business hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST. JR Sports is closed weekends or major holidays.

Shipping costs and delivery times are determined by the method of shipping, weight of the item(s) shipped, and the final destination of the package.

Please note that UPS, our preferred carrier, does not deliver on Saturday and Sunday.

If you are ordering from an APO address please be aware that JR Sports does not add a shipping charge to your order. Therefore, you will be contacted by email with the shipping amounts and updated totals for the item(s). Because UPS does not ship to an APO address, the customers items will be sent via US Priority Mail.
